All surfaces should be clean and free of dirt, grease and oil. Protect surrounding areas from overspray to avoid residual adhesive.
1. Shake can well before using.
2. Adjust spray pattern width by turning spray tip to desired setting (Low-Med-High)
3. Hold can in a vertical position 6 to 8 inches away from surfaces to be bonded and apply a uniform coat. Allow to dry to tack (approximately 1 minute) and press surfaces firmly together. Note: material is not repositionable.
4. For Maximum Bond Strength: Spray both surfaces to be joined with multiple coats of adhesive and dry to tack (1-2 minutes, depending on thickness) before bonding. Apply firm pressure when joining. Note: porous surfaces will require more than one coat.
To avoid possible clogging, turn can away from body, invert and spray a short jet to clear valve and spray tip.
Note: If nozzle experiences a clog, actuate rapid short bursts until cleared.
*Not recommended for polystyrene foam and unsupported vinyl. Certain plastics can experience bond failure due to plasticizer migration. Heat and humidity can affect dry time.
