Mother-in-Law Is Coming Over
I love my mother-in-law dearly but she can spot anything wrong the minute she walks in the door. She made me a wood craft with beautiful details. While cleaning, I accidentally knocked it off the wall. Well, pieces went every where. My daughter and I picked up every little butterfly and with Gorilla Glue put each one back in its rightful place. My mother-in-law came over the next day and when she saw it laying on the bar she asked what was wrong and did I break it. Not wanting to tell a lie but not wanting to upset her, I told her I had cleaned it. She held it in her hands turned it over and said, ‘yes you did and it looks better’. With that she hung it back up on the wall! Thanks to Gorilla Glue it stayed together and dried quickly and kept everyone happy! Linda W.
Fixin' A No Fixer
Hi, I have used Gorilla products for years with fantastic results. My story has to do with a friend of mine that works in the salvage business and a pocket knife he carries. He is always using this ragged, dull, sorry excuse for a knife at work. He came to visit one day and pulled this knife out and asked me if I had anything to fix the handles that had come unattached. I said YES! Well the knife had been "attempted" to be repaired so many times before that there were SEVERAL layers of glue, epoxy, and whatever other unknown concoctions, left behind. So, after a good scraping and cleaning, the handles were repaired "FOR GOOD" and he is still using that knife everyday at work and just can't believe that Gorilla Glue worked so well (I already knew it would work). So thanks for the GREAT product! Charles M.
Crafting Dilemma
I am a general crafter and rely heavily on "super-type" glues. For a show I was doing this past December, I had to assemble approximately 250 hand painted lapel pins. I assembled 10 pins as gifts for friends and family with ordinary super glue. The painted wood had separated from the metal backs in no time. Folks were coming to me to "make good" on my gifts -- how embarrassing! I had never tried Gorilla Glue, but heard that it was pretty good. I purchased the Precision Glue Pen and gave it a try. The repairs worked out wonderfully. The pen was very easy to use and not messy at all. I will only use this product from now on. It's fast, strong, and neat - what more could I ask for? Since the holidays, I have also used the glue pen to repair trim on my daughter’s shoes, fix a porcelain figurine, and repair a broken stove knob. There seems to be no end to what this product can do. I think I'll see how it does with my scrapbooking/cardmaking projects next. Christal E.
Shoe-t!!
I was strolling down the hall in school,
trying to act all hip and cool.
I'm a math teacher, you see,
something few people want to be!
Being short I like my heels to be high,
And as I walking, my oh my!!
My heel snapped in half,
The students, how they did laugh!
I laughed too, What else could I do?
Where's my Gorilla Glue???

Gorilla Racing
We race half scale cars on a 1/10 mile indoor banked track at speeds of about 50 MPH. As you can imagine, racing is quite intense and the fiberglass bodies splinter, crack and break. The best short term fix we have found is Gorilla Tape. It is strong and holds the body together until we can get back to the shop and perform fiberglass repair, or get a new body. We wouldn't go to the track without Gorilla Tape! Price P.
Missing Feeder Parts
We had this pesky problem in the Summer. Everytime we hung our hummingbird feeder somehow a raccoon got a hold of it and carried it off. We would find the yellow flowers (the pieces where the birds drink from) at the edge of the woods along with the empty feeder. I was tired of buying new feeders only to have the raccoons steal them and take off the flowers so I used Gorilla Glue to attach them for good! That was the last time I had to go searching for the missing pieces of my feeders! Elizabeth L.
Gorilla Wood Glue
My hobby is wood working. I just used the new Gorilla wood glue for the first time this weekend. The shelf project consisted of maple plywood with a 3/4" x 5/16" solid edging to be applied. Working by myself a medium single bead of glue was applied to the back of the wood strip and pushed up against the plywood. As I reached for the masking tape to hold the strip, the glue held the strip while I was able to shoot the nails in place. This saved me a great deal of time. Thanks for the great new product! I also used your new glue in a minor part of the Queen Anne lowboy. I have another chest coming up soon that I will be using your glue to do the complete project. I am absolutely converted to your product after these first two applications. Eric
