Is the precision pen ideal for scrapbooking?

The precision glue pen would work well for decorating the cover of the scrapbook, like if you wanted to use mixed mediums (metal, wood, etc.)  For the inside, though, I would use Gorilla Super Glue.  The Precision Glue Pen is standard Gorilla Glue and will foam while setting up--this is really overkill for working with paper crafts.

Is the glue archival?  I don't think it'd be safe to use touching the pictures  or next to the pictures.
