Replacing worn felt sole on fisherman's wading boots

I'm in the process of installing a felt sole on a pair of fisherman's wading boots. Anybody already done it and what were the results? What is the flexibility of gorilla glue? Have heard one say it would be to stiff versus other glues out there.

Any suggestions on how to do it with gorilla glue? Could there be a trick to maintain flexibility?

Thanks.

Re: Replacing worn felt sole on fisherman's wading boots

This is a good question. I have not heard of any one who has done this particular application, but I can say that Gorilla Glue is not terribly flexible when it dries, which isn't idea for your application. You may try Gorilla Super Glue. Again, I've not heard of it used in this application, but the nature of the product will be better. More flexibility, instant cure.
