Cold Weather Tent

I am looking at building a cold weather tent for ice fishing.  I want to build it in the same basic design as the Clam and Eskimo hub tents only using fire proof canvas as a material so as to be able to use a wood stove inside.  I fish lakes of northern Maine and Canada where my tent will be exposed to temperatures of about -30 to -40 at night.  Colder if you count the wind chill.  Those winds will sometimes sustain themselves at 30 to 60 miles an hour.  No tree cover for protection.  The tie down straps will be connected to the tent via riveted on industrial canvas strapping material.  I want to use an adhesive to re-enforce the rivets.  Eventually I want to know if gorilla glue will stand up to being flexed between 2 pieces of canvas at 40 degrees below zero while under tension.
