Amazing glue and tape

I enjoy building my own ping-pong paddles.  I customize the face for grip, speed, color, and control.  I only use gorilla glue to replace the faces and fix the handles.  after i am finished with the reserfacing of the paddles I touch it off with gorilla tape on the handle for grip and around the brim of the paddle for looks.  thank you for creating and selling such a fantastic product.

Re: Amazing glue and tape

I've had trouble with my ping-pong paddles, where the rubber face comes off.  I tried re-glueing with Gorilla glue, but it expanded and made the surface lumpy and hard.  Do you know of any other Gorilla producs that remain pliable when adhering rubber to wood?

Re: Amazing glue and tape

I used Gorilla Super Glue to do a repair with similar substrates. It's holding like a charm. I would give that a shot.
