Gorilla Glue and Siliconized Caulk 

If these to are combined is there an adverse effect on the gorilla glue, does the silconized caulk reduce the efectiveness of the gorilla glue?

Yes, it will definitely decrease the effectiveness.  It will interfere with the bind to the substrate and silcone caulk is flexible so it will decrease the strength vs pure Gorilla Glue.
