I would just like to thank my new friends over at Gorilla glue. While working at  the Woodworking in America show I was lucky enough to meet Andy and the "Gorilla girls".  They seemed well informed and have such a great enthusiam for their products. Everyone who passed by their booth left with a sample and an info sheet.

During the three days of the show they answered all of my questions and even sent me some samples to try. I am really anxious to try out the new pva glue. If it does provide shorter clamp time and is FDA approved I will be using it instead of the other brand. 

I will put the glue to good use and post pics of my next project. (An NBSS tool chest)

The tool chest is going to be made out of cherry and air dried walnut. I think that I have about two more weeks worth of work to put in before the finish goes on.

The new pva glue dries quick and cleanup was a breaze. That stuff was drying quicker than I could get the clamps into position. It dried nicely and the excess scraped off very easily. 

I have a few dovetailed drawers to glue up in the next few days. The dovetail portions are done but I need to glue the bottoms together. I would like to get the bottoms glued up and machined quickly. So I have a question for you. How long should I wait for the glue to dry before doing and machining or hand work? I will usually wait overnight before machining anything that has been glued together.
