This position is for a multi-talented individual who has ability in operations, purchasing, and inventory.  They must be able to manage and balance multiple tasks at one time.  This position will work in conjunction with managers and supervisors in all of the above mentioned departments and be a key individual to assist and build the operations team.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Process/Workflow Analysis
      o Set ups for special jobs
      o Capacity studies
      o Workload/labor balance
• Inventory/Purchasing backup
• Responsible for purchasing and inventory of specific line items
• Manage packaging identification/information
      o UPC
      o I2o5
      o Part numbers
• Assist in new packaging development/packaging improvements
• Work order procurement/data entry
• Assist in the management of Kits and Bills of Material
• Work directly with Operations Manager on operational improvements/projects
      o Reporting
      o Layouts
      o Time Studies
      o Standards
• Assist with safety
• Other duties and projects assigned by management

Qualifications:
• Continuous Improvement/Lean Manufacturing Background
• Strong computer skills (MS Word, MS Project, MS Excel, Auto CAD)
• Analytical skills
• Problem solving

Education:
• Bachelors Degree in related fields a plus
